I think everyone, knowingly overloaded or not, on the verge of breakdown or on the verge of Zen, new professionals and well-seasoned, can benefit from this discussion. Agreeable or not. If it doesn’t lead you to action, or you are not in a place where it you need it, it makes for a great reflection that will show you just why you are excellent where you are. And more importantly, gives some concrete to aid in your own mentoring.
