5.4.16: Over Commitment Disorder: What does it look like?

Our next theme is dedicated to revisiting in detail what you’ve heard me have fun calling Over-Commitment Disorder. And why the heck not—everything else gets a diagnosis, why not this?

But, as with most things, they aren’t diseases or illnesses at all. They are personality tendencies, behavioral natures, philosophical buy-ins, or even compensatory mechanisms. Who knows—and it may not be important to even figure out where it comes from.

What is important is to recognize it, understand what you see, and what to do about it. More importantly, how to leverage the positive traits of it for the benefit of you and those around you. But doing it in the fashion that gives you the powerful personal freedom that you can deserve and will exponentially benefit from.

And we’ll hit each of those benchmarks so you can pick-up with exactly where you are.

We kick off this week with Recognize it: Just what does it look like? so you know exactly what to test yourself for, or exactly what you’re seeing when you see it in others.

Promise it’s a lot more fun than it might sound!  This will be a fun journey over the next 8 weeks.
