A few weeks ago in this “Over-Commitment Disorder” series I gave you a template about how to identify what to say “No” to, and promised you a segment on the opposite—what saying “Yes” means once you’ve made that choice.

Challenging over-commitment doesn’t necessarily mean becoming a new person. Once you get a hold on what you have, take advantage of the positive traits to benefit those around you.
