Developing a Pipeline of Workers (pt 1)


We went what may seem to be “backwards” here… most might start with the minion and move up to the emperor. But the key is, there is always someone higher than you (ALWAYS), and without the team, there’d be no reason to have a leader. As such, in my stance, the workforce is the highest echelon. And, if reality sets in, the leader realizes the “workforce” encompasses them as well.

Learn who they are.
Challenge them.
Show them the possibilities.
