Developing a Pipeline
While not brand new, I give credence for inspiring this term to Dr. Nancy Cummings. During my work with Cummings|Logan, this came up as a powerfully relatable context for leadership transitions. But the whole concept was: Who’s developing the pipeline, and how are we doing it? What better way to relate “preparing individuals” than to expand the typical leadership-special that so often gets the premium products, and take it to everyone in any sort of development pathway.
Focusing on the steps and outcomes specific to each, this series focuses on specific pipelines to mentor and develop people in: Leaders, Builders, Workers, and Mentors.
